That’s why I designed our flexible payment plan: with a small down payment, you can pay at your own pace until your dream piece is truly yours. No interest. No pressure. Just a clear path to the luxury you deserve.

You further acknowledge that extensions must be requested before or on the final day of the Payment Plan, and the $50/week extension fee must be paid on the same day the request is submitted.

1) Setup & Deposit›
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to open a Payment Plan. The deposit removes the item from public sale and signifies your binding agreement to complete the purchase. The deposit will not be refunded for any reason, including changes of mind, misunderstanding, or financial difficulty.
2) Payments & Schedule›
You may make payments in any amount and at any frequency, provided the full remaining balance is completed within the 8-week plan term. Banking delays, declined transactions, or personal circumstances do not extend the timeline.
3) Extensions (Strict Requirements)›
Extensions (1–2 weeks) are courtesy accommodations, not entitlements. To qualify, the Customer must:
- Submit an extension request before or on the final day of the Payment Plan.
- Submit the request through the verified LuxLoveLouis customer service email.
- Pay the $50/week non-refundable extension fee on the same day the request is submitted.
Requests submitted after the plan expires, or without same-day payment, are automatically invalid. Extensions cannot be requested or granted during the Grace Period.
4) Grace Period›
If the 8-week plan expires without full payment and no valid extension is activated, a 3-day Grace Period begins automatically. During this period:
- Only the full remaining balance is accepted.
- No extensions may be requested.
- Partial payments do not prevent forfeiture.
5) Forfeiture›
Failure to complete payment by the end of the Grace Period results in automatic forfeiture of both the item and all payments made (deposit, installments, extension fees, and administrative fees). Forfeiture also occurs immediately if the Customer initiates a dispute/chargeback or engages in fraudulent or bad-faith behavior.
6) Ownership & Shipping Release›
Ownership transfers only after the full balance has been paid. Items are not shipped early, inspected early, or prepared for release until payment is complete. After payoff, items ship within 1–3 business days with USPS tracking & signature. Risk of loss transfers once USPS accepts the package.
7) Identity Verification›
LuxLoveLouis may request government-issued identification or proof of payment authorization at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in termination of the Payment Plan and forfeiture.
8) Chargebacks & Disputes›
All payments made toward a Payment Plan are final and non-refundable. Filing a chargeback or unauthorized dispute results in immediate forfeiture and revocation of future purchasing privileges. LuxLoveLouis' internal records—including timestamps, device logs, and payment history—serve as authoritative evidence.
9) Communications & Notices›
All official communications are sent to the Customer’s verified email. Delivery to this email constitutes valid notice, regardless of whether messages are opened or read. The Customer is responsible for maintaining email access and checking spam folders.
10) Program Nature›
This Payment Plan is a layaway-style program and is not credit. No interest accrues. LuxLoveLouis may deny or revoke Payment Plan privileges at its discretion for fraud, abuse, repeated forfeitures, or non-compliance.
11) Final Sale Policy›
All Payment Plan purchases are final sale. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers are permitted under any circumstance. Authenticity guarantees apply only to fully completed purchases.
