LuxLoveLouis was born from a dream — the dream of owning a luxury designer handbag that once felt out of reach. The upfront costs were overwhelming, and traditional payment plans only added interest that made the goal feel even further away.
The day I finally held my first handbag, I knew it wasn’t just about the purchase — it was about the feeling of achieving something I had always wished for. From that moment, I wanted to create a way for others to experience the same joy without the barriers.
That’s why I designed our flexible payment plan: with a small down payment, you can pay at your own pace until your dream piece is truly yours. No interest. No pressure. Just a clear path to the luxury you deserve.
LUXLOVELOUIS® IN-HOUSE 8-WEEK PAYMENT PLAN
Effective date: 06/10/2025 • Layaway-style plan (not credit)
Key Terms at a Glance
- 35% non-refundable deposit secures item(s)
- 8 weeks to complete payment + 3-day grace

1) Setup & Deposit›
Provide item name and full contact/shipping details to open a plan. A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to mark item(s) as sold and remove them from sale.
2) Payments & Schedule›
Pay in any amounts/frequency as long as the entire balance is cleared within 8 weeks. Minimum suggested cadence: $50 weekly (Mondays).
3) Grace & Extensions›
After the 8-week due date, a 3-day grace period is available. Extensions require LuxLoveLouis approval and incur $50 per week; each $50 is applied to your balance. Missing the Monday $50 during an approved extension causes immediate forfeiture.
4) Non-Payment & Forfeiture›
Failure to complete payment by the deadline (plus grace/approved extension) results in forfeiture of the item(s) and all amounts paid, including the deposit. A $100 non-purchase administrative fee applies to failed commitments and must be paid before future participation.
5) Early Payoff & Shipping›
Pay off anytime before expiration. Items ship within 1–3 business days of final payment via USPS only, with tracking and signature required. Each package includes $100 USPS insurance; additional coverage is available on request at the buyer’s cost. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once USPS accepts the package.
6) Acceptance of Item Condition›
By committing to purchase (including “SOLD” comments or winning bids that move to a plan), you accept the item’s described condition. Request extra photos/details before committing.
7) Title & Program Nature›
Title and right of possession remain with LuxLoveLouis until the balance is paid in full. This is a layaway-style program and is not an extension of credit; no interest accrues.
8) Chargebacks & Collections›
Unauthorized chargebacks/reversals constitute breach. LuxLoveLouis may recover the balance, administrative fees, reasonable attorney’s fees, and collection costs to the extent permitted by South Carolina law.
9) E-Sign Consent & Notices›
You consent to receive invoices/disclosures electronically. Email and/or text communications serve as valid written notice under the federal E-SIGN Act.
10) Processing Fees›
Standard merchant processing fees may apply and will be itemized on invoices.
11) Final Sale›
All purchases made through the In-House 8-Week Payment Plan are final sale. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
