All items ship from Charleston, South Carolina within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. USPS carrier-provided insurance is included up to $100 only. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

Shipping Insurance

LuxLoveLouis does not provide full-value shipping insurance by default. Customers who wish to add additional shipping insurance must contact LuxLoveLouis before completing their purchase or prior to shipment so coverage can be arranged and confirmed.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, LuxLoveLouis is unable to add, modify, or upgrade insurance coverage under any circumstances.

Risk of Loss

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, responsibility for loss, damage, or theft transfers to the buyer upon carrier acceptance, unless additional insurance coverage was arranged and confirmed in advance.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, LuxLoveLouis does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, measurements, and policies prior to completing a purchase.
