Each Private Selection follows a familiar cadence — participation, close, selection, and notification — allowing the experience to feel ritualistic rather than transactional.

Fairness and transparency are central to the Private Selection experience. The program is structured so that every eligible participant is treated with equal consideration from beginning to end.

Selection outcomes are never influenced by spending, timing, or method of participation. All eligible entries are included in the same selection pool.

Each eligible entry carries the same possibility.

All eligible entries — whether submitted through an optional entry or a complimentary mail-in entry — are placed into one unified pool.

There are no tiers, no priority levels, and no advantage associated with any entry method. Odds are determined solely by the total number of eligible entries received.

Selection occurs only after the participation window has fully closed. One participant is selected through a random electronic process conducted after entries are finalized.

This process is designed to be impartial, repeatable, and consistent across each Private Selection event.

The selected participant is contacted directly using the information provided at entry. Verification steps, when required, are communicated clearly and handled professionally.

If a selected participant does not respond within the stated timeframe or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate participant may be selected using the same process.

The integrity of the experience is preserved for every participant.

If an extension of the participation window is required, it is announced prior to selection. All eligible entries received before the extension remain valid.

No selection occurs until the participation window, including any announced extension, has fully closed.

The Private Selection experience is designed to culminate in a moment of agency. If selected, the participant is invited to choose one piece from a curated selection of two to three authenticated luxury items.

This choice is presented after selection and does not influence odds or outcomes. It exists to add refinement and personal preference to the experience.

Choice is part of the experience — not the selection.

Many participants choose the optional $25 entry as a simple way to take part, while the complimentary mail-in option remains available to everyone.

Regardless of participation method, all eligible entries are treated equally. The experience is designed to feel exciting without creating pressure or imbalance.
