Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate household members of LuxLoveLouis may be ineligible to participate, as determined by LuxLoveLouis in its sole discretion.

No Purchase Necessary and Equal Odds

No purchase, payment, or consideration is required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase the odds of selection beyond the number of entries submitted. All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, are placed into a single unified pool, and each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Odds of selection depend on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of one hundred (100).

Official Timekeeper

LuxLoveLouis system time shall be the official timekeeper for all Promotion deadlines and time-based determinations.

Maximum Entries (100 Total)

The total number of eligible entries accepted in the Promotion is limited to one hundred (100) verified eligible entries. The Promotion will close automatically upon the earlier of (i) the scheduled end date and time disclosed in the Promotion materials, or (ii) receipt and verification of one hundred (100) eligible entries.

Once one hundred (100) verified eligible entries have been received, no additional entries will be accepted, regardless of the originally scheduled end date. LuxLoveLouis may publicly announce closure when the maximum number of entries has been reached.

Per-Person Entry Limits

Each participant may submit up to ten (10) paid entries per person through the LuxLoveLouis website during the Promotion Period. Each participant may also submit one (1) complimentary mail-in entry per person during the Promotion Period. A participant may hold a maximum of eleven (11) total entries (ten paid entries and one complimentary mail-in entry). Entries exceeding these limits may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of LuxLoveLouis.

Paid Entry (Website Only)

Paid entries must be submitted exclusively through the LuxLoveLouis website checkout system. Each completed purchase of the designated Private Selection Entry product constitutes one (1) entry. All paid entries must be successfully processed through the website checkout system to be valid.

No Purchase Necessary (Complimentary Mail-In Entry)

A complimentary mail-in entry option is available. To enter without purchase, mail one (1) handwritten 3×5 inch card including the following information:

• Full legal name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Complete shipping address
• Instagram username (if applicable; write “N/A” if none)

Only one (1) complimentary mail-in entry per person is permitted. Each mail-in entry must be submitted in a separate envelope and must be legible and complete in order to be valid.

Mail-in entries must be received prior to the earlier of (i) the scheduled end of the Promotion Period or (ii) receipt of one hundred (100) verified eligible entries. Postmark dates do not constitute proof of receipt.

Each valid complimentary mail-in entry will be included in the same unified drawing pool as paid entries and will have an equal chance of selection.

Random Selection

After the Promotion closes, one (1) winner will be selected at random through a random electronic drawing from all eligible entries received. Selection will occur only after the Promotion has fully closed.

Winner Notification and Verification

The selected participant will be notified using the contact information provided at entry and must respond within the timeframe stated in the notification. LuxLoveLouis reserves the right to verify identity, age, residency, and eligibility prior to fulfillment, including by requesting reasonable documentation. Failure to respond, failure to provide verification, or a determination of ineligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Description and Curated Choice

The prize consists of one (1) luxury accessory selected by the winner from a curated group of two (2) to three (3) authenticated items presented at the time of notification. No cash alternative is available. LuxLoveLouis reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prize details and approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be disclosed prior to Promotion closure. ARV determinations are made by LuxLoveLouis in good faith and are final.

Third-Party Authentication

All prizes are authenticated exclusively through independent third-party authentication companies, including but not limited to Dr. Runway and Authentication Detective. LuxLoveLouis does not self-authenticate items and does not issue proprietary authentication certificates. Authentication represents the professional opinion of the independent authentication provider at the time of evaluation and does not constitute a manufacturer warranty.

Taxes and IRS Reporting

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of a prize. If the total ARV of prizes awarded to a winner by LuxLoveLouis in a calendar year equals or exceeds six hundred dollars ($600), LuxLoveLouis may require completion of IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment and may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by law.

Publicity Consent

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their first name and city/state for promotional or informational purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification and Fraud Prevention

LuxLoveLouis reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that is fraudulent, automated, manipulated, incomplete, inaccurate, submitted in violation of these Rules, or exceeding stated limits. Attempts to tamper with the Promotion may result in disqualification and legal action.

Technical Errors; Modification; Suspension

LuxLoveLouis is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, payment processing issues, lost or delayed mail, or other issues beyond its reasonable control. LuxLoveLouis reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend (prior to selection), or terminate the Promotion if it determines that circumstances impair the integrity, fairness, or proper functioning of the Promotion, consistent with applicable law.

Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

LuxLoveLouis shall not be liable for delay, suspension, or inability to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or other circumstances that make administration or fulfillment commercially impracticable or impossible.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless LuxLoveLouis, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize, except to the extent such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Rules, together with the LuxLoveLouis Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement governing the Promotion.

Governing Law and Venue

The Promotion and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and participants consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
