LuxLoveLouis ships purchases with tracking using the carrier and service selected by LuxLoveLouis unless otherwise stated in writing. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders, payment-plan purchases, auction purchases, live-sale purchases, or other shipments at LuxLoveLouis’ discretion.

Shipping insurance may be included or available depending on the shipping method, carrier, item value, and transaction type. Additional shipping insurance may be available upon request and at the buyer’s expense. Buyers who would like additional insurance should request it before payment is completed.

Carrier delays, delivery issues, loss, theft, or damage are handled according to the applicable carrier and insurance claim process, LuxLoveLouis’ written policies, and applicable law.

To begin the consignment process, please submit item details and photos through our consignment form or contact us directly by email or Instagram. We review brand, style, condition, market demand, and resale value before determining whether an item is a good fit for consignment.

All main listed items must complete LuxLoveLouis’ item-level authentication review before listing. Authentication methods may vary by brand, category, item type, condition, and available documentation.

Packaging, collateral, detachable components, and inclusions are submitted for review only and are not automatically guaranteed to be included in the final listing. LuxLoveLouis may include or exclude boxes, dust bags, receipts, cards, tags, straps, locks, keys, clochettes, pouches, or other inclusions if there is uncertainty regarding authenticity, originality, condition, completeness, item match, or listing suitability.

Consignment fees, authentication fees, return shipping, early retrieval, non-authentic item handling, and other service-related fees may apply according to the LuxLoveLouis Consignment Agreement and written policies.

How Do LuxLoveLouis In-House Payment Plans Work?

LuxLoveLouis may offer in-house 8-week payment plans on eligible items. Payment plans generally require a 35% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance paid over the approved payment-plan period.

Items placed on payment plan are not shipped or released until the full balance has been paid and all required verification is complete. Deposits, installments, extension fees, and payment-plan terms are governed by the LuxLoveLouis Payment Plan Agreement and written policies.

Payment-plan availability is not guaranteed for every item and may be approved or denied at LuxLoveLouis’ discretion.

Return Policy

All sales are final except where required by law or expressly provided under LuxLoveLouis’ written policies, including the Authentication Guarantee Policy.

LuxLoveLouis does not offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, fit, size, condition preferences, packaging concerns, inclusion concerns, shipping delays, or other non-authenticity-related reasons.

If a buyer has an authenticity concern regarding the main listed item purchased directly from LuxLoveLouis, the buyer must follow the process stated in the LuxLoveLouis Authentication Guarantee Policy. Packaging, collateral, and inclusion-related concerns alone do not qualify for a refund unless LuxLoveLouis expressly guaranteed those materials in writing.
