How It Works

  1. Enter your contact information so we can communicate about your submission.
  2. Submit item details including brand, style, condition, known flaws, and submitted packaging/inclusions.
  3. Review and acknowledge the terms before signing digitally.
  4. Submit your agreement and our team will review your consignment request.

Consignment Terms Summary

  • Consignment Period: Items are generally listed for a 90-day consignment cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Pricing & Listing Strategy: LuxLoveLouis may evaluate, price, photograph, market, adjust, or remove items based on condition, demand, brand performance, market data, and listing suitability.
  • Authentication Review: Main listed items must complete LuxLoveLouis’ item-level authentication review before listing. Authentication methods may vary by brand, category, item type, condition, and available documentation.
  • Packaging & Inclusions: Packaging, collateral, detachable components, and inclusions are submitted for review only and are not automatically guaranteed to be included in the final listing.
  • Fees & Retrieval: Authentication, handling, early retrieval, return shipping, non-authentic item, and other service-related fees may apply according to the full LuxLoveLouis Consignment Agreement and written policies.
  • Payouts: Consignor payouts are issued according to LuxLoveLouis’ payout schedule after buyer payment clearance and any applicable review period.
  • Ownership & Authorization: Consignor confirms they are the lawful owner of the submitted item(s), have the right to consign them, and believe the item(s) are authentic to the best of their knowledge.
  • Full Agreement: By submitting this form, Consignor agrees to the LuxLoveLouis Consignment Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Authentication Guarantee Policy, and related written policies.
