LuxLoveLouis Live Auction & Sales Policy

All auctions are conducted under the authority of Justin Bucci, South Carolina Licensed Auctioneer (License No. AUC.4956). LuxLoveLouis operates in accordance with the South Carolina Auctioneer Commission and the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act.

• All bidders must be 18 years or older and located within the United States.
• Placing a bid or commenting “SOLD” confirms your eligibility and agreement to these terms.

• All LuxLoveLouis auctions are conducted with reserve. Items begin at a minimum price determined by LuxLoveLouis; bids below that minimum are not accepted.
• If an item is already listed on LuxLoveLouis.com, the consignor must coordinate with LuxLoveLouis to set auction pricing and must request inclusion in the auction.
• By adding an item to a live or Story auction, consignors acknowledge and agree to all LuxLoveLouis auction terms.
• LuxLoveLouis may withdraw any item from auction at any time prior to being declared “SOLD.”

• Live Sales (Instagram): The first timestamped “SOLD” comment secures the item, subject to confirmation by LuxLoveLouis.
• Story Auctions: Bids are submitted via direct message (DM) within the posted timeframe. Late or incomplete bids are invalid.
• Minimum bid increments are announced per auction and must be followed.

• Invoices are issued within 24 hours of auction close and must be paid in full within 24 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, all major credit/debit cards, and the LuxLoveLouis 8-Week In-House Payment Plan (all payment plan terms apply).
• Non-payment may result in forfeiture and relisting, permanent restriction from future sales, and/or legal action to recover damages, attorney’s fees, and collection costs.
• No buyer’s premium is charged on LuxLoveLouis auctions.

South Carolina sales tax is applied to purchases shipped to a South Carolina address unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided. Out-of-state shipments follow applicable exemption rules.

• All items are authenticated by Entrupy and/or trusted third-party authenticators.
• Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
• Buyers should request additional details or photos before bidding. By bidding or commenting “SOLD,” you accept the item’s described condition.

• All purchases are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.
• Every shipment includes tracking and is sent with signature required upon delivery.
• Each package includes $100 of USPS insurance coverage at no cost.
• If you would like insurance coverage above $100, you must request it at the time of payment and pay the additional USPS insurance fee.
• Once USPS accepts the package, risk of loss and damage transfers to the buyer. LuxLoveLouis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages beyond the included $100 USPS coverage.

All auction and live-sale purchases are final sale. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are granted.

Any dispute will first be addressed informally with LuxLoveLouis. If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Charleston, South Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
