Consignment Terms
- 90-Day Period: Retrieve or extend after 90 days. No response = continued listing.
- Price Adjustments: Reductions may occur weekly with 7-day notice.
- Authentication: Required services incur non-refundable fees.
- Counterfeit Fee: $275. Unclaimed = disposal after 14 days.
- Return Fee: 12% of listing price for unsold returns (covers marketing & photography).
- Shipping: Return shipping based on USPS, paid prior to dispatch.
- Early Return: $175 fee plus shipping/authentication.
- Payouts: Issued on the 15th and 30th of each month (next business day if weekend/holiday) via Zelle, PayPal, or check.
- Liability: Not liable for loss/damage due to theft, fire, or shipping. You may insure items.
- Governing Law: South Carolina; jurisdiction: Charleston.
- Compliance: Follows SC state & FTC federal consumer protection laws.
